Bija is a long-time resident of Lexington, and is a REALTOR®, ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and is a member of local, regional and national real estate boards (GBREB, MAR, NAR). Working with relocation and international buyers, Bija has helped many clients feel at home in the surrounding communities through an insightful introduction to area amenities and relevant points of interest, whether schools, recreational, shopping or cultural resources.
Bija has taught “First Time Home Buyer” seminars for over five years with a dedication to educating her clients and fostering an environment of “clients come first.” This extra emphasis on education of her clients has resulted in happier clients on closing day and clients who retain her services repeatedly. She loves helping people navigate the “cycles of real estate,” from first-time buyers to downsizing Baby Boomers. Bija has studied and understands people's needs and helps people make informed decisions.
Bija grew up in Colorado and had a previous career as a personal trainer and professional ballroom dancer. She represented the United States three times at the World Championships.
